“Premium procedures”? Seriously? So I have to pay for the procedures that were free before update? Disappointed. Who decides what is “premium” and what is not “premium”?

This app is by no means a surgical simulator, but It does give decent general steps to some operations. I doubt that any surgical resident would benefit from this, but if your a med student on rotation and you have 5 minutes before surgery I GUESS you could benefit from this app. Over all I think this app is a perfect patient resource not a clinical tool

I have been in practice for 27 years. Some surgeries that are considered basic procedures of oak and Maxillofacial surgery are really done in daily practice, but do come up infrequently. This app allows me to review the steps in a case in a nonthreathening manner and restore my confidence that I know the steps when called to perform them. Kudos and thanks!

I really liked this app, because it taught me a lot about birth I’m 17 and was having my twins so it was really nice to learn about the natural birth process. But after the last update it makes me pay to learn about certain procedures. I’m really sad now.
