So much cheaper than using an Uber or Lyft. App is working much better than it used to as well! ????

This app crashes every single time when its trying to “calculate” a price! Utterly useless, go elsewhere!

Their customer service is HORRIBLE from the dispatch to the driver . My fiancé was treaded like a criminal his whole ride because people have ran off on rides before . I called to speak with someone about it and was talked to very rude and hung up on more than once . I’ll stick to Lyft !

I always get a good driver in a clean car or cab. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. I don’t have to worry about the surge or prime either. Was me to pay in cash at the end of my trip!

I can never get a car to pick me within the eta it’s always 30-60 after I send it there’s no real customer service for the app they just bounce you back between a small office that’s supposed to run total ride and discount cab where if they dispatch it it’ll cost 2-3x the amount i wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and I hope the company owner can view this so he can see how terrible his AZ based ride app is

The app is horrible. I would love to use this service and see how well it works but every time I attempt to book a ride the app crashes. I wish your developers would fix this issue ASAP.

DO NOT take Total Ride in Mesa/Phoenix! Notoriously late and no shows! Waited for an hour and still no cab. Almost missed my flight. Had to drive myself! I would have given them Zero stars but unfortunately that wasn't an option!!!

They do not have enough drivers. They are never on time. I’ve waited as much is two hours for taxi. Inexcusable. Unacceptable.

The app is malfunctioning right now (7/18/18). Cannot confirm either my home address or my destination, which is the airport. Keeps generating a confusing message: “object reference not set to an instance of an object.” Also, when I tried booking a cab for Thursday, July 19, 2018 at totalride.com the web-based app kept coming up with a booking for 07/07/19. This used to be much less stressful. Did totalride get hacked?
