Yes the prices are good when your ride actually shows up but MY FIRST RIDE CREDIT WAS NEVER APPLIED & IVE REQUESTED SEVERAL SCHEDULED RIDES AND HAD TO CANCEL THEM BECAUSE THE APP TAKES A MINIMUM OF 30MINS TO ASSIGN A DRIVER EVEN WHEN IT SHOWS ON THE APP I HAVE A DOZEN OF DRIVERS AROUND ME. IM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS APP AND WILL PROBABLY STOP USING IT AS ITS UNRELIABLE AND CAUSES ME TO BE LATE TO WORK.
Great idea! Like the ability to be able to order Ride Sedan or Taxi. Especially like being able to see Taxi via GPS & rate the driver.
I like the fact you can choose how to pay. My daughter doesn't have a credit card so this makes it easier for her to take a rideshare option
Vicki one of discount cab's supervisors says they have nothing to do with the app yet it is their cabs that take the fares. Sounds shady to me. This app also doesn't work! Spent 3 hours waiting in the rain for then just to assign a driver and this morning waited 7 hours and yet no driver assigned. I would use another cabs app anyone but this one!!
The only good thing about the app is that you can pay either cash or card when taking a ride. Other than that it's horrible and an inconvenience there's barely enough drivers and as far as contacting the driver they don't get any text messages you send out it's ridiculous. The map isn't even accurate as far as location goes. Plus this app isn't even available in all 50 states.
This service is a joke. If you want to compete with Uber or Lyft, it doesn't hurt to try.
I uninstalled the app when it required me to sign in before I could even view the map. It doesn't need a barrier to entry.
A ride sharing app with no available drivers? They obviously need to grow, and they're in desperate need of drivers. So why did they even launch?
