Horrible customer service

The safe browsing was so restrictive I couldn’t actually get anywhere on my browser and had to turn it off. Based on all the other comments, I guess I should be glad they cancelled my account without me asking them to. Customer service is a string of, what appears to be, bot responses. I’ll count myself lucky and move on.
Apple warning: App needs update for current iOs version

Purchased the app but when I went to download it I got a warning that the app needed updated to work on iOs 14.8 and then asked if I still wanted to install.
I like it for some features BUT
can i get a call?
The people who are cycberstaulking me broke into my online account with TOTALAV and then when I tried to get support help they just send me a general email. Thx.

I agree with all of those who have commented on this app. The actual security part is always being shut off too. Doesn’t matter if you use WebShield or their VPN. I’m Icontinually turning on one or the other. They don’t even give you any proof whatsoever that they’re even protecting you or your info. This app could be a big scam for all o know.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for so long and this company continues to take money out of my account. There is no option on the app to cancel. You can only send an email. My next step is to report to the better business bureaus and give as many bad reviews as I can to let people know.
