I’m a 73 yr old, mom and Yaya, to 6 kids. I am just recently out of some health problems. that have slowed me down. I turn to my children for help on some things I don’t know about when using my phone ? I’m slower then I was in my youth. So I’m hoping this works for me. I won’t need to bug my kids for help all the time. Thank You.

Found out after I downloaded that this was a subscription service. I never even used the product and tried to cancel… after going through their process to cancel, they stilled billed me a recurring charge so I finally got AMEX involved to stop the recurring charges. Beware!
Good Software BUT

I am now using IOS refurbished products and I am finding that iPhone & MacBook Air, as well as Safari won’t let me communicate with the TAV website or TAV support links?! I get blocked. It feels like IOS doesn’t want me to be using TAV products. Ever heard of this happening before?

It WORKS. My tech of being on this smartphone is not good. I don’t know a lot about this type of technology. I really need to read everything I can on how this iPhone works. I did the best thing for me. Getting Total AV. Thank your Total AV

I have TotalAV installed on my iPhone 13 . When the VPN is on it won’t connect with e-mail when is turned off it will. This NEEDS an update or a different virus program cm
Trying to Cancel

I just keep getting the same email back advising me that I sent in the request and then another by a ‘person’ saying they can cancel but this is what I am risking and so forth, trying to sell me on keeping it. Just cancel my subscription and stop sending me scripted emails. This by far is just plain infuriating!!!! I want it cancelled ASAP with an email stating it is cancelled and nothing more!! Thank you.
Don’t waste your money or time

This program worked great for a while now it’s just busted, won’t open on my pc no matter what I do, support ignores emails. I’ll be canceling my account and going back to Norton at least I know that program actually works
