I want to like this so much, buts its practically unusable. Drawing interior walls is a clunky mess. Repositioning labels or icons is a pain. Save time? I don't think so. I can hand draw a sketch and redo it at my office in half the time this takes.
Reconsider Stamp Mode!!

I love using the mobile app, as it generally saves time. But note to the developers: the new stamp mode makes using the sketch portion incredibly messy whilst in the field. Please consider removing this function, or making it optional!
Won't load

The app won't load on my phone or iPad. It just tries to load then crashes. FIX THIS PROBLEM!

My only issue is that the app crashes every time I take photos thru Total on my iPad Mini 2. It happens every single day. I can even tell when it's about to crash. I use this app daily and I'd really like this to stop. Other than that the app is great.

I reported the issue and they sent me a link for this update. It did not take care of the issue. It still crashes during photo taking. Very annoying. Clients staring at me while I wait for the program to restart... please fix. Thank you
Crashes every time I take a photo.

This used to be an excellent app but they haven’t updated it to work with iOS 11.2 and now it crashes every time I take a photo within the app. I’ve reported the issue but haven’t received any response and they haven’t updated the app.
When it matters most, you can expect a crash

Any kind of big file (with lots of pictures and data) crashes my app. I’ll try to start it and it just won’t update/refresh and crashes every time. I have to wipe the app data and reinstall to continue. Unhappy with this app not being fixed

Crashes constantly when I’m taking photos. This is very embarrassing while the homeowner is waiting for me to continue my inspection. I also have to turn back around and Re-shoot comparable photos because the last picture taken always disappears after the crash. This is a HUGE inconvenience. It used to happen all the time but hasn’t happened in months until recently. Please fix!!!!
