Customer manipulation at its best

Expensive, very bad customer service if any. App continues to get worse. Very unorganized. Very unimpressive. Doesn't seem like there is anyone making sure they are putting out a quality product. I don't see how anyone can spend money on this app anymore without feeling they were taken advantage of.

First of all, just another app with it's hand in your pocket. Yes I spent my measly $15 for the super bowl contest and won 2 cards from the Jaguars not even from either super bowl team. Also got a few tickets immediately after the game and all the cards to exchange for were sold out. No player status from professional years on the back of cards. Traders are just plain greedy and want your best for their sh:tless worth. You see arguments on the player feed as well and it's up to you but don't spend your money. Tops went from saving your daily free coins with the option to purchase more to purchasing diamonds for exclusive cards for your ego. You might have what only others were also willing to pay for. Only 2 stars just because you can review player names.

This might be a good app but it keeps on lagging me out I hate it when I go to a pack and then it just brings me back to my home screen I don't like it

Topps huddle digital stole 3000 diamonds from me. And a pack of valor cards. 26 messages to support. Three responses all automated and didn't even attempt to solve the issue. Not only will I stop carrying this brand and its partner companies in stores I will never purchase anything from them again. They are a monopoly company now who only cares about your money not business ethics or service. After 37 years...goodbye Topps go steal from someone else and then refuse to answer support. I'm done with your horrible business ethics and practices. Digital app crooks. Don't even deserve one star.

Not a bad app but every time I open it it wants me to enter my iTunes Store password. Very annoying.

Topps has always had me intrigued with their pack opening app for collecting cards and using them on a team but there are always some bugs like for example the constant “In-App purchases” Notification pop up. It’s not something that ruins the app but it can be irritating. I really think topps needs to add a feature where you can take a picture of cards that you have in real life and have it transformed into a digital copy for your account. Now I understand that would take a ver long time since there are so many topps cards out there, but it is just a neat suggestion. Also, I would LOVE to see a topps basketball app. I’ve been waiting and waiting and looking and researching and hoping that maybe topps would release a basketball version of the game. The only game I have seen is Panini Dunk and that game is too confusing and complicated for me. If topps is able to to these things in the next few years, they’ll have some banging apps.

I have four Topps apps. None of them are as slow and crash during trading like this one. Huddle is very frustrating and it's irritating because I love everything else about the app.
Won't work

I had problem with my iPhone 6s and I had to take it to Sprint tech support. He couldn't get it to work again without having to reset my phone to factory settings. Now I can't sign in to the app. Keeps saying I'm registered on a similar app. I have contacted app support, they say they've deleted the device that was listed, and I followed their directions to get the app working on my phone again, but I still can't sign in. I didn't have this problem the Panini card apps.
