Horrible customer service and a waste of time

I played the game for a total of five years, and don't get me wrong it's an ok app but I'm permanently logged out because of some error that the team won't fix and customer service was no help as I've been waiting almost a week. Trust me, don't waste your time.

Rigged to capitalize on people with weak impulse control. Make something hard to get so you spend real money chasing something that isn't real. After you get it, they release a better one next week so everything you've "collected" becomes garbage
Won’t show me my cards

They need to fix where if you are a guest you can see your cards but not as somebody who’s signed in. It doesn’t matter if the person who is not sign in can see it because their stuff gets deleted anyway. Not a good app and I’m not playing it until they fix it.

I like the app itself but I can't view my cards or join a contest. It keeps saying that something went wrong. Please fix this

Ok so, this game is GREAT!!! I've been playing for 3 years now and I love it. It is so fun, I've gotten decently good at getting cards and I've had a ball with it
One of the best of Topps.

One of the best run of the Topps apps. I like the sets and reward cards for getting the set. I also like that they have premium ($$) content, but do not lock all the good cards behind this only. They provide a good balance of collectibility for all while making money with some premium collections. My suggestion for Topps would be to create a $ secondary market. Right now Facebook groups and eBay are selling these cards. If Topps had their own secondary market they could take 10% of all transactions. That would be a revenue stream for Topps and provide users a secure way to buy from others without scamming concerns.
