You pay but you can't play

It's a giant money pit but what games aren't right? Well this one despite being a money pit has some sort of issue where it keeps logging me out. For whatever reason when I try to log back in the app tells me that my username is linked to another device. First time this happened the customer service was able to unlock the account. 2 days later the app did the same thing. The customer service will not unlink the device and the account again for an undisclosed period of time despite the fact I'm using the same device. There customer service give you auto responses and don't address the actual issue that their game continues to log me out. Therefore at this point I cannot play despite having had invested a good deal of money in the stupid game. Completely useless customer service Aside from that it heats up your iPhone and murders your battery. Only game that I've ever played that heats my phone up to this extent.

Bunt is pure garbage now. They got tired of people not spending money to buy coins since they gave you some free every day. So what do they do? Come up with a new "currency" called diamonds. You basically have to buy the diamonds to get access to the better "hobby style" packs whereas coins will only get you the terrible odds "retail style" packs. Now a -5 star app.

This is a cheaper way for a card collector to get his fix without spending lots of money. Only down fall with the app is a larger chance of getting more doubles of cards.

I was enjoying collecting cards in the app and even trading for a few, but in no universe am I going to pay real money for digital cards. Unless I can start converting my virtual coins for virtual diamonds to buy virtual cards, I'm going to keep my real money and likely visit this app less and less. The majority of the cards have to purchase with diamonds now. Not too cool Bunt 17. ?
Batters up game not good

I love the site and the application, but, I do not like the batters up game. It takes no skill at all to play, it is predicated on dumb luck. It would be better if they could incorporate something that takes a bit of skill, baseball trivia maybe? Also I am sure I would be using more of the application if the directions were clearer.
