Worst app , filled with bugs, bad designers and managers - avoid

Topps has come to a new low with apps filled with technical Bugs and glitches. Constant updates and lack of app regression testing makes this App bad. The people who run it and create new rules and truly don't use or love the app or old school collecting cards are only motivated by $$$.
Don’t bother and horrible support team

I had over 15000 cards that are now lost because they cannot update the app to support new phones. I have been emailing them for 3 weeks and they give me a run around. I am done but need to let people know what they did. I put money into this app and they treat me like crap. It is a waste now for which was once a good app but this is a waste of time. I played for 4 years and the support they gave me was worst I’ve ever dealt with. Hopefully people will see this
Too many bugs

This could be a fun app if it worked correctly every time you opened it. Their support team keeps suggesting the same procedure every time you have an issue not understanding that you have already followed their instructions several times. There seems to be a new “bug” fix every week but it usually opens up a new set of issues. I can’t possibly be the only user that has tech issues with their app???
Prize wheel, free claim

Love the new free pack every couple minutes. Prize wheel is a good time too. Interested to see what kind of inserts the new card fusion feature offers.
Way too many bugs in this app

I could not in good conscience give it more than 1 Star. Prepare yourself for constant freezing, loading errors, and glitches on nearly every screen.

Honestly it seems as if something goes wrong on a daily basis. Also Topps does not seem to listen to customer feedback. It seems to be all about the $$ for diamonds. The new fusion feature is awful. Makes it impossible to collect the teams I want to collect. Almost impossible to pull batter up cards. Low tickets counts. The only enjoyable feature is the prize wheel. Even a lot of the cards in ‘18 are the same image from ‘17.
Force me to update but you won't let me

Go into App Store and it won't update. It says "Open". Push open and it says "Whoops you have to update". Delete app and now it won't reload at all.
