seems unique, but contacts won't stay

I import contacts, but when I come back to the app, the contacts are gone!

This does not work inside the iCloud network. They need you to import your contacts. Deal breaker.
Interesting start. Still a ways to go.
THE Tiggr
Not bad, but just after a few minutes it felt there were many things I personally would love to see: 1. Formatting of telephone numbers needs custom formatters - 111 222 33 33 is not valid for the USA. 2. Need to be able to customize label names : e.g. "phone". These are all phone numbers, forget some are work, some cell, some fax etc... 3. Coloring. Bit bland - could do with a lick of paint and some splash. 4. Mini CRM features feel a little less than - would like to have abilities to connect to other apps via their URL schemes. Would be terrific to hook this into apps such as Omnifocus 5. When looking at a contact it would be nice to have some good visual indicators that there are some tasks or events for them within a user defined period, ditto for groups. 6. Calendar integration: internal calendar not helpful when outside the app. 7. Running history: would be nice to have a tabulation of past activities for a contact. 8. Better custom fields: dropdowns, multi-selects, checkboxes etc. would allow true customization of the contact.

My contacts have a different field name for PHONE and EMAIL so none of those imported. I’ve asked twice and now just sent another request on how to handle it. So that’s not a good import system or very good customer support. Be careful when you import or you may get 2 phone numbers out of 2000 and same with emails. UPDATE: these people do not have any customer service. I have emailed them a number of times and i get ZERO response. There are so many things that are unclear and the online support is incredibly weak. Such a shame because this actually looks like the app i was always wanting.
