I like my watch but TomTom seems to miss the key concept of who the user is and what the user needs. Specifically, when it comes to the app you have to push anything on the watch before it will connect and sync. I must be spoiled because none of my other devices have this issue.
Stuck in pairing screen

While I was trying to force my watch to sync (it's not that easy, tapping random buttons on app, pulling down menus, pressing button on watch, all without success), I accidentally hit the button for "pair new device". ***There is no way out of this screen*** I've force closed the app, and reopened, only for it to return to the same exact screen. This is my first tomtom device, and its syncing to the app (one of the key reasons I chose it) has been a complete nightmare.
Missing CSS

The user experience is terrible. My app could not load the CSS so the layout is broken. I can only see text content. Can't believe people can stand this kind of app. Looking at Garmin Connect App!
Good but missing one thing

The app is great for syncing with my watch and analyzing my workouts. Would love to see integration with Apple Health app. Would be 5 stars with that.

Was great til lost sync ability. Works on iPad, so far, but no longer syncs to phone. Finds my device but stuck in searching screen. App itself is ok if you can use it. Love the watch. Gps and music in one makes it great!! Plus activity tracker. Way cheaper than garmin so nice starter watch. Meets my needs at this point but will be useless if unable to sync to anything. Really hope they fix it!!
No smartphone notifications....

Would maybe like the thing but now seeing that instead of working on smartphone notifications as promised I see they are busy putting together more inferior products. Don't waste your time and money. Garmin has had smart phone notifications for 2 years.

I loved my watch and this app until I updated to an iphone7. Now my watch will not connect with my phone /the app. Please update so I can go back to loving your product!
