Can’t set up watch

The watch gives me a code, the app asks for the code, I type it in, but it still doesn’t pair. I’ve tried turning off my phone, deleting the app, closing the app, resetting the watch, nothing works. It did work for a bit, but the app told me to update the firmware on the watch. Since then, I can’t get it to pair again.

I had the iPhone 6 Plus & iPhone 7 Plus with this watch no issues at all TILL I upgraded to the iPhone X running, I’m IOS 11.2.5 Beta 6, NOW my iPhone sees the watch BUT the watch don’t see the iPhone then I tried it on a iPhone 6 running a NON beta IOS 11 and I noticed that it didn’t see that phone as well so I sent in TWO emails to the tech support and it’s been two to three months now and no reply from them, so if you are running iOS 11+, your better off returning the watch and get your money back, it’s a shame up to now I loved it.
