Stuck on the title screen...

I used to play this game, and it was one of the best games out there. But now, it doesn’t let you get any farther than the title screen. Honestly, I don’t think that it’s going to be fixed.

I’m pretty sure the game crashed since I’m not able to log in anymore. Net ease support won’t get back to me on the issue. Ridiculous!!!

Press sign in nothing. Press guest nothing. Just does a little loading swirly and then nothing. Tried multiple times on different servers and different days in case it was maintenance. Nothing

Soooo, I got the game, and it wouldn’t let me play the game. I continuously tapped on Guest, and even signed into my Facebook account, which I never used. If I somehow manage to get into the game, I hope that it’ll be a good one or I would have wasted all my time...
Developers abandoned game!!!!!

Don't play any Net Ease games! They abandoned this game without any for warning and they haven't removed it from the App Store! Not only that but they stopped answer any inquiries over a year ago and as of the first of July you can no longer log into the game! Extremely bad customer service and very disrespectful!
