I need you guys to start fixing the problems within the game! The crashing has to stop as well, I keep wanting to come back to the game but it still happens!!! You guys need to start it right now !!!

I’ve played this game for 3 years, but after a few months of not playing it, I decided to open it. Unfortunately the game won’t let me enter the server I previously played on, Dragoon, despite being signed in to the game. I guess this is goodbye.

I really love Netease Games. They are so fun, I am really interested in trying this one out as well, but when I try to sign into a server, it don’t load for me to play and keeps me on main screen. I really hope that gets fixed so I can try out the game.

I’m so confused why I can’t play as a guest every time I try to log in as one it loads then stops loading

I’ve had this game for a long time but had stopped playing it. I reminded myself about it and looked forward to playing it again as it was a wonderful and very fun game. What I didn’t expect to find was that I can no longer even log in. Every time I try to sign in it stops loading and won’t even let me past the home screen. I have tried deleting it and installing it again but that was no help. Please get this fixed as I love the game and hope to play it again.

I’m on iPhone iOS and this game just stopped simply working. I would open it and it would only say Facebook/Sign In/ Guest, but when I click guest of sign in, nothing happens. It just loads and does nothing at all. I tried deleting and redownloading and I get the same results. Please help! UPDATE YOUR GAME!!!
