Pitiful

This app was great and then just stopped working. It is buggy. It freezes all the time and most of the time it just won't open. Tom Thumb this is just sad. Talk about poor customer care. Why put so much effort to develop an app if you are not going to maintain it. For a company of your standards the senior most representative responsible for this project should be re-evaluated. It clearly is either an issue of not being equipped or possibly an issue of not having the right team members to facilitate ITS in this capacity but either way it's a shame and Tom Thumb needs to up its game. Also keeping your customers informed as to where you are at would be a great first step.

I had hoped that this app would work better than the reviews I'd read, but I have been unsuccessful at using it yet. That's really too bad. I think I'll try a different drugstore.

Just got this app and had high hopes for it.... But I can't even get it to open!! Worst app ever... Safeway... Fix it or take it down!!

Thought that having an app to refill prescriptions would be great. Very disappointed with this one. It's constantly crashing and giving out error messages. Deleting it and refilling meds by phone.

I am on the latest iOS on an iPhone 7 and the app won't load. It's useless and I need it to renew prescriptions and see when others are ready. Fix it fast please.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. It has access to NO history (pre app). Don't waste your time.
