Update is Horrible‼️

Before this latest redesign the app was fine! Now it’s such a mess! Why would you think it’s ok to put this out? We don’t even have access to all our info anymore! Can you at least think about making the working version available again??

Apple should pull this app that violates HIPPA on every level by not prtecting your information. There is no legit tech support and I was told and can document it that when the app stopped working and blocked my access to my records that tech support will open a case and it wont take a year to fix access to my prescription records. I have written directly to mscripts corporate office and received no response. It is very unwise to use this app and formal HIPPA complaints are being sent to the appropriate agencies.

Doesn’t work

Privacy is an issue and the refill options don’t even work. Have to still physically go into the pharmacy to get something refilled. Also can’t set anything on auto-refill. Other pharmacies have that option.

“Sorry there was a problem” The app is still not working and have re downloaded it many many times. So frustrating! Please hurry and fix...

It’s horrible - gone from bad to worse !

Missing History

Can’t talk to support at the phone number listed on the bottom of help menu . If you call you get a message ”number you reached is not available now”. My iPhone says the the app is unsecured. My husband’s rx history is gone. Rx is now not showing ANY”past Rx . The “ dr listing”that says on website “ you can hide and unhide dr name is so wrong. One that is listed as just “dr” says I have Rx associated with this dr “ so I can’t change, Now we all know that I or anyone else has not had a Rx filled by just dr” . I would give a negative if I could for the rate. Don’t go to any TomThumb , Safeway, Albertsons Pharmacy they are all owned by the same company now and they have changed all their genetics to what must be the cheapest ones made Because very one now makes me nauseous. I have had to go to name brand and just 30 days of Wellbutrin is over $1900.00 so maybe that is the ultimate plan . Looking for new pharmacy now . Love the pharmacist but can’t keep putting up with the change to cut rate products!! STAY AWAY!!!

This app is terrible. About 75% of the time I cannot access the pharmacy because it “cannot connect to the server at this time”. Should probably switch back to CVS.

I find the app useful, but it has some annoying technical issues. Sometimes I can’t open the app without it crashing. I also have to tap on some features more than once to get to the next page. I have not had any problems with the app communicating with the pharmacy.

While the app is usable, it can often be difficult to make changes to the doctor and pharmaceutical information settings. I moved to a new location nearly a year ago and I still have trouble getting my refills sent to my nearest location. I have changed the app, talked to the pharmacist at both locations and made sure that my doctors all have the new Albertsons location on file, but my refills are still being done by my previous store.

Update version leaves much to be desired

The app was working just fine before this update. I had to call to get back into the app. The list of drugs have changed for the worse. I wish they would have left it as it was!!!

Not user friendly

This is the most user-unfriendly app I’ve ever used. It suddenly got rid of all a family members prescriptions and I can’t see how to add them back in. I’ve checked settings and they seem to be correct. Can’t see how to delete family member either and start over!!
