All progress disappeared

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I was level 55 or something. When I logged in today all my progress was gone, the people I got were gone and I went back to level 38. Can you guys please explain to me what exactly happened? This is irritating.

It was fun and cool and I like the animation and play with your friend and battle with your friends and you can collect hero and battle or you can do auto battle if you are lazy like me

I would play for a little bit leave then when I came back all my data was gone and I had to start all over again. This happend to me 3 times. I don’t know why. It was sorta sad bc I was hoping this was going to be a good game.
