All progress disappeared – Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War Review

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I was level 55 or something. When I logged in today all my progress was gone, the people I got were gone and I went back to level 38. Can you guys please explain to me what exactly happened? This is irritating.
