I bought the modern mansion in which I spent like an hour decorating. When I come back the game glrithces out and reset 3 DAYS of things I had moved around ☹️. I know it’s stupid to be upset about but I really enjoyed the game enough to buy something from it but then it does this. It’s just a bit annoying. You’ve been “investigating” for the past 2 years. The flirt has seems like it won’t leave for a while. A little disappointing for a game with so much potential.

I love this game and I mean love it but I have a big problem. Sometimes when i try to go somewhere else it always kicks me out? When I get back in, everything is reseted and my characters are disappearing. Are you serious I spent money on this game and if this keeps happening I’ll take my money back.

I had a lot on Toca life but one day it randomly deleted and when I downloaded again all my purchases were gone it used to be my favorite game but now all my things are gone

So when I play the game for 5 minutes it kicks me out of the game and when it does that It deletes 2 or 3 things in the house and sometimes it deletes 1 of my characters and then I need to make the character again and and when my dad updated it it stoped and then it happened again and can you please fix it
