The game is great but this glitch is not (a few suggestions too)

This game was great until it kicked me out and reset all of my stuff and I’d been working hours on this app for it to be wasted including the free gifts please fix this! I really love this game but this glitch is ruining it. Now onto the suggestions, maybe you should make the houses bigger especially the modern mansion because I feel like it’s really small. Next maybe make weather to make it realistic, also please make more recipes, I love making them and please bring back all the past years of gifts bcuz when it kicked me out I lost everything and that's all for now! (Quick reminder) I love your game and I think it's rlly fun so just fix these few things and I think it would be pretty much perfect! d(￣◇￣)b?ᵖᵉʳᶠᵉᶜᵗ

For the longest time I’ve loved playing Toca boca! I’ve bought many things in this game and love the packs but recently characters that I have made will not show up for some reason and when I remake the character another character disappears another thing that happened is everything in all my homes had disappeared all the decorations, furniture and other things I’ve worked on is all gone I don’t know if this is some kind of glitch but whatever is it needs to be checked out and fixed.

WHY TOCA, WHYYYYY
Hello toca, every once in a while my toca world will reset. I mean like ALL my furniture gone. Earlier today it reset, except now ALL my gifts where gone! Including the ones I just got earlier today. Please fix this ASAP.

I used an apple gift card for this app and it’s was a 50 dollar one and now it says in my acc I have 2.14 left out of 50.00 and I only bought the animal lovers pack

I love this game so much but I really wish they add like free cute outfits and places cause it’s just a waste of money when it comes to this game but I really like the places they are cute and cool but I hope they add cool places to this game for free or maybe they can add Starbucks, target, playing with friends YEAH they should add a playing with friends button cause it’s really boring when you play alone but anyways this game is so so so so so so so so fun I recommend in my opinion but yea it’s really good:)

It was a very fun game for a while! It was really cool that you could decorate your own house! So cool that I spent around twenty dollars on it and guess what? The next week Every single time I try to go into any location and most times when I even try to open the app it just glitches and kicks me out of the game forcing me to go back to my home screen! I don’t know why but I spent a lot of money on this game and now I can’t even play it! Other than all of that though I think it is a pretty fun game.

it was really great at first but after then it started having some bugs and glitches a lot. I thought it was my device but it wasn’t. it started kicking me out of the game like almost every time I play and stuff does not save. I was working on a house today but then I got kicked me out, guess what happened? everything reseted. this makes me so disappointed I hope they could give me an explanation or at least help me fix it.
