This app worked perfectly prior to April of 2018. I suspect that AT&T further integrated Directv to the extent that neither the TLC or Directv apps work anymore. So glad I pay so much for Directv and the apps are not functional. Tech support knows nothing either. A fine pair of corporations.

Was super excited but disappointed

I was super excited to download the app to catch up on all the shows I miss. I’m normally busy so I don’t get to see them live and my family hoards the tv to themselves. When I downloaded the app it wasn’t very easy to use and I had to search the show I wanted to watch which wasn’t a problem but I couldn’t favorite it to go back to. Then I went to go watch it and it wouldn’t let me because I don’t have a tv provider on their list. Like Verizon I s a popular provider is it not? Yet they don’t have it?? So now I’ve missed 3 episodes of my favorite show and they aren’t shown on tv or the app and I have no way of watching them... really disappointed since I was looking forward to it so much.

This app is great sometimes it is a little slow but most of that time it is quick and great I really support you getting this app I am on it all day watching my favorite shows one downside of it is it does not have all of the seasons of my favorite shows but other than that it is great!!!!!?

Always Glitches

We have the app on iPhones and our iPad and it is constantly glitching (image coming in pixels) then going back to normal and then it will freeze. We have no other issues streaming from anywhere else other than TLC.

Can’t use with dish network

Dish network is not on the list of approved tv providers. Don’t even bother downloading if you have dish. I don’t understand why dish is not accepted when it is a major tv provider and we pay to have this tv channel.

Frustrating Commercials

I want to love this app because I love most of the TLC programming. The commercials are a pain though. You get to 7 of 7 commercials and it glitches and starts back at commercial 1 of 7 and then just loops over and over. The show never comes back on.

Kept having an error and then I couldn’t see the picture plus the show started lapping over another episode. I LOVE all my shows on TLC excellent programming! My favorites are 90 Day Fiancé all of them plus Little People Big World etc.. I am not sure why I wasn’t able to continue my viewing in the middle of the show?! Keep up the excellent shows and make sure no interruptions please!!! Thank you!

I like the app a lot but with 2-3 minutes of commercials everytime it cuts and it cuts about 10 times I can’t deal but apart from that it’s a great ap.

Crashes Constantly

Please, please fix this app to where it’s not crashing all the time. I have a brand new iPhone 8, strong WiFi and the app gives up the ghost after about 15 in every time. Even after restarting my phone it still crashes. So frustrating.
