The app keeps asking me to login to my cable service provider to unlock episodes which I do and it just keeps bringing me back to a page asking me to do it again. Round and round in circles even though I successfully did it once and unlocked an episode. Also commercials were long and repetitive when I was able to watch the one episode of a show.

The ads...they wouldn't bother me as much as they do if the app would remember where I stopped at in an episode. If I don't finish it in one sitting, and I come back to it later, the app has logged me out every time and when I log back in my progress on my shows and episodes is gone. But when I try to skip to the part in the episode that I was at, I have to watch all the ads all over again. I'm so sick of it. Hate this app! Do not get it!

Unable to log in suddenly?

When I sign in with my provider it brings me to the discovery channel shows! Why?! When I go back to click the tlc episode I want to watch, it tries to make me sign in again. Super annoying. Never had an issue before this.

Great shows but COMMERCIALS

There are 5 commercial breaks every show and each commercial is 3 minutes long. I paid to unlock all the shows and even then there are still 3 min commercial five times a show. It gets exasperating after a while but the shows are pretty good.

I am recently not able to sign in with spectrum/ bright house, it tells me there’s an internal error every time I try to sign in . Smh this is horrible.

All of the shows have a lock by it... I want to watch them and all of the shows you have to have a tv provider and would if you don't have A tv and you go to tlc go to watch. You can because you have to have a tv provider. Will you please make the shows open? Thank you

It doesn’t recognize my login

I downloaded this app and it requires me to login to spectrum. I put the info in (the same I use to login to spectrum), and it continues to tell me I need to login to have full access. I was able to watch one show, but the whole time it’s on a small screen that won’t expand, with a banner at the top saying I need to sign in.

Videos skip!!

When watching videos on the app, the videos will randomly skip for no apparent reason. I went from the 6min mark all the way to an hour into the show! It does this no matter what I do. I lock the screen and stream so I’m not accidentally touching the time tracker and it still does it. When you try to scroll back to the point in the episode where you left off, it bounces back to where the app put you. Please fix this bug because it makes your content difficult to watch

Whenever I try to sign myself in to my cable company it redirects me to discovery channel? Then when I try to go back to TLC it just says to sign on again. I reached out to them for help and nobody contacted me.

I rated TLC with one star(which I don’t even think they were worthy of)because they’re app limits a lot of networks so for the people who’s network they don’t have they’re options of episodes, seasons etc…are reduced therefor they have a paper that you can fill out online but even after they do not take it in to consideration and completely ignore it which results in the problem not being solved. Sincerely a very aggravated and annoyed customer
