WTFIS THIS APP

One of the worst app on the market. It’s always down or it doesn’t connect. Initially I couldn’t even add money under 2 of my 3 children account. I have to change the password almost every time I want to log in. And we have to trust them with our credit card information. Unfortunately this is what our school district uses but I would not recommend it to anyone.

I love being able to manage my kids account balance from my app. I can get reminders and add money anytime. It has saved me many times from having to go to the school to give them money so they could eat lunch. I also like that I can see if they get any add-one and what they are. I love the flexibility it gives me and the time it saves.

App works fine, but every update it loses my log in details but still try’s my faceID. Also the log in doesn’t allow you to switch between apps to cut and paste email and password, the previously entered value wipes out when you come back to it. Annoying when trying to use a password manager as now you have to type your email or password manually. Would also like the student history section to already be expanded, the app has so much room on the side bar so it just takes more taps to get to what you’re after. Everything works well though, the functionality is all in there.


Menu is not printable

The only complaint I have is that parents can’t print the weeks menu - I don’t like having to log in every morning to see what’s on the menu - I make my kids lunch depending on if they like what is being served. Other than that it’s super easy - thanks


Fee too high

A high “processing fee” to deposit money into a child’s account is ridiculous. Developer - please don’t respond that the district has to option to pay for it. That is beside the point. The fee is too high for one time desposits. It’s higher than ATM fees you pay at banks that aren’t your own. Reduce your fee.
