Very handy and much improved from what we had before.

Tried multiple times to add funds to my child’s account. Would not let me complete the transaction. This is after trying multiple times to reset my password and not receiving the temporary password for more than 12 hours.

We are forced to use the app and have to make a service fee that is too high!! Being forced to use an app and forcing a fee on working parents wrong. Won’t have to use this next year!!

I don’t like the fact that there is a minimum that you have to put in for a deposit to your child’s lunch account. Seems a bit excessive to me.

No reminders on account

There’s no reminder if in low or negative credit or if auto payment didn’t go through for some reason. Very odd! And means that I get stroppy letter from the school further down the line!

I don’t like the fees.
