VERY DISAPPOINTED With A PAID APP

The free version of “Tips & Tricks” was far superior and reliable than this junk code I paid good money for. Am running iOS 11.0.3 on a NEW iPad Air Pro, on a Fiber Network of 100 MB and this is the ONLY app in the ENTIRE App Store that I am disgusted with. 1) EVERY TIME I get a notification, and go to open it, I receive an error message “Post Not Found”.?.. 2) Frequently, when I try to share what news I manage to open on the app, the app crashes? 3) MANY times the app just locks up and is unresponsive. Even have uninstalled and reinstalled, with no improvement. I would expect better from a app that requires “a fee” to eliminate the ads. Even the FREE version ran better than this.

Why in hell would create a news article in Tips Pro entitled “10 Files Tips”, A beginner’s guide to the files app and when you decide to educate yourself by printing it, you get the error message “File Type Not Supported”. You would think someone in the Throne Room would think before releasing...

I got this app years ago, when I got my first iPad. I liked it so much that I gifted it to everyone I knew who got an iPad. It was a terrific intro. And, all these years later, I still use it whenever I need help. I like the information it gives me, too. My only complaint is that I often get an alert from it, and, when I try to get there, it is no longer available. That needs fixing, to be sue!
