I can not open the app. I tap on it to open it and it starts to open then it closes.

Since the update, the app opens and stays minimized. You can’t browse or interact with the application. Please fix..... Ernesto

Not much useful information here. And now the app doesn’t even open. I’ve paid for Pro and get nothing! And the developer just says la small number of iPad users are experiencing this problem” without sending any supposed Work-around. It’s been dead for months. All I get is notifications but when I open the app the splash screen loads and then it crashes (closes).

I purchased your pro version and tried everything to get it to load and it will not.
Still crashes immediately upon opening

As of December 28, 2018, this still doesn't work. You say that there's a workaround, but I don't see it. When it works, this is a very useful app that I used to consult frequently.

I was using the free version a few weeks ago, now it doesn’t open at all with IOS 12.1.1. Reinstalled it multiple times with no change, then in a moment of weakness bought the Pro version. Same problem. I’ve logged tickets, and I figure everyone is out on vacation. Refund please!

Just like others, the app dumps when I try to open it. I had used it for two years and then you updated. I commented a few months ago, after the afore-mentioned update and you told me you only have a small staff. Please try harder because you were a really good source for news on everything iPad. Now, I cannot open the app.
