Easy to Use

Simple but effective

This is pure 'what you see is what you get." And that's a good thing. It works well, is simple and not jazzy, and it reacts as you would expect when you enter numbers. You can enter amounts directly off a check, without having to know the tax rate. I HATE tipping on after tax amounts, since I know math and it's tip inflation. This takes the guesswork out of it. You enter the tip and the base separately. If you WANT to tip on the whole thing, then just enter that as the subtotal. Way to go, Cider Software. Job well done!

This us the best tip calculator app in the market!! It has a very neat, streamlined, and non-cluttered interface. It allows you to input your exact desired tip percentage, or tip amount, or total amount, or split total, among others, adjusting all the other values accordingly. Plus, the app allows you to save your results for future reference. Great app! :)

I wish I would have found this app before. This is the only tip app where you can calculate the tip on the subtotal. All other tip apps tip on the total bill.
