I am a fan of most of the Nimblebit games for the past ten years especially Pocket Trains. I had never played this one before until this past week because I have been entertained plenty by the others. I am thoroughly hooked on Tiny Tower now. All the choices for floor type, little inhabitants, their costumes and their pets are so much fun. You can play in an easy frame of mind or enjoy figuring out all the strategies for more efficient game play. There are plenty of free supplies available with an option to turn on or off the ads for additional coins and bux. This game can be played with others or with yourself on a second device, gifting inhabitants to each other together with their costumes and pets. I totally recommend this game for relaxing and fun play whether for a few hours, a few minutes at a time or for a binge session. There are helpful tips in the Tiny Tower Wiki.

Love this game. It’s a lot of fun. These developers have a bunch of fun games.

Good game, minimal ads

This game is very fun and great to pass time! There is not many ads except for ones that give you rewards (and you can accept or decline those ads). I recommend this game.

Video offers often don’t work :(

I really like the game but I wish it were more consistent with the video offers working. Often I’ll watch the ad and it gives me no reward (seems to have been worse lately). That feels pretty bad when I have an offer for a couple million from overnight and it just gives me nothing.

Fun Game

Ads are optional to watch for an extra reward. It’s a fun little game to play while waiting or just laying around.

Ads degrade user experience

PRO: I love this game and have been playing daily since July. I design each tower around a different theme, which is fun. I also enjoy the social part of the game, sharing bits with other players and communicating via bitbook. I paid for the VIP package (head’s up: it goes on sale from $40 US down to $20 on the weekend), which IMO is worth the cost because it makes it easier to accumulate in-game currency without watching ads, makes the elevator easier to use, and gives you more options for changing the appearance of your elevator and adding pets without using in-game currency. CON: Unfortunately, ads degrade the user experience, even for those who have VIP. For example, since the beginning of December 2021 there have been 3 badges that permanently appear on the screen offering additional purchases (which must be targeted at new players, since experienced players can see aren’t a good deal). In addition, another badge (that thankfully can be dismissed by tapping) appears on the screen every few minutes offering in game currency for watching ads. I would be okay with the dismissible offers to watch ads if they didn’t include ads for sketchy products aimed at exploiting vulnerable people (e.g., bogus weight loss products). Another recent problem with the game is that there was an update in December 2021 which locked some players out of the game, which has not yet been fully remedied despite several updates.
