It looks to have potential, once it can view more than just Gmail accounts. All other accounts have yet to be developed. Think they could've waited until more email types were setup? Will be nice to see once iCloud is available.

Great development; major gripe

Overall, I find the email client to be really well thought out and implemented. However, it is terribly slow to load after selecting a notification. Please let there be a way to suspend the app in the background without it having to reload.

Good and getting better

Now with multiple accounts its a solid app. Couple other desired functions are coming soon. I gave in-app feedback and replied quickly and comprehensively. Seems they're on their game and attentive to customer needs. Nicely done!

Cool

It's good features but once in a while so slow to load emails I just close it and use other.

I really want to like this app but there are still a couple bugs that need to be worked through, especially the fact that it's SUPER slow to load emails which makes being productive hard. The interface isn't bad and I like the whole today/later idea but the experience needs to be smoother overall. Going to go back to Inbox for now.

Not great

What I didn't like: 1. You can't archive gmail? Seriously? Just delete? This is a basic functionality of gmail. 2. Not only is there no archive, there is no one-swipe archive or delete. You have to swipe and then choose an option. This is a deal breaker for me. Not that no archiving wasn't already. 2. The app inserts a really dumb signature into every email you send "I value your time, I use Timyo." No thanks. 3. It creates new filters/folders in your gmail without asking you if you want this. 4. Every new email app seems to have some new gimmick where they are trying to reinvent email. This one has attempted to make emails reappear on the day of the event mentioned in them. I guess? My problem with that is - that is what I have a calendar for. I don't want to have to deal with my original email from the airline on the day of my flight. That info is already in my calendar. And IF I could (and I do with other email apps) archive the email, it is easily searchable. 5. It's other gimmick attempts to insert in every email a deadline for the recipient to respond by: "Please know that I am not expecting a reply until April 25th". I guess that would be ok if anyone on earth (outside of an intense work environment) was used to being given a deadline at the top of every email. This isn't going to fly. 6. There is no way to customize the inbox view. You get 4 lines viewed for each email. This allows only 6 emails to show up on the screen of an iPhone 6S. What I did like: 1. Every new email gives you the option to click a button "Create new My To-do" which basically sends an email to yourself and creates a reminder in the "Later" folder. The problem is the button doesn't appear until after you type at least one character in the "To" field, basically eliminating the convenience it was trying to create by populating your own email address. 2. The color scheme is nice. And the UI overall is slick. But this one is no where near what I need in an email app. Not yet at least.

Great idea but...

There's absolutely no feature that defeats the Focused and Others in Outlook for iOS. This app is great. But unless you can figure the Focused and Others out, you won't win the race. But add to your great app the Focused ability and you'll come up with the best thing there for iOS mail. Regards.

Nice

I have no regrets it's a awesome app work like a charm on my iPhone 6 Plus

If you have a custom signature you're screwed...

Navman Ah 2

The app is great. But it's all fluff from the outside. I have a custom signature in Gmail which appears beautifully formatted when I send it through Gmail. Now when I copied the signature (as per Tymlo's guidelines) and pasted it and saved it and tested it the entire formatting went out the window. All text was in one colour, line spacing was wrong etc. I mean a signature is a testament of YOUR BRAND so to me it's the single most important thing of an email. It inflicts confidence and trust to the recipient. Also the desktop app on chrome doesn't work the same intuitive way the mobile one does. A long way from getting this right and a premature launch!!!

Pdf files won't open

When I have a PDF attached I need to be able to open it and view it. At the very least I need to be able to copy to iBooks. This shows a gray screen with the PDF name so it's an epic fail for anyone who wants to view a document.
