Glitch when trying to open in other apps

I’ve had absolutely no qualms with timehop for years, but for the last week or so when i click “open in facebook/instagram” nothing happens. it’s very frustrating.

Used to work well, now only loads 20% of the time

Very disappointed with how the app is performing now. It used to work so well with no problem and I looked forward to it every day. Now it hardly ever works. Very sad

I don’t open this app too often but it says I am on a streak of looking at my memories for 75 days straight. Definitely incorrect or someone else has access to my account. I have sent to emails about this through the settings option and have had no reply. Just deleting the app at this point. Google pictures does the same thing and it’s where all my photos are stored anyways.
