I loved this app for years! Had a 4 year streak, never missed a day. It was the first app I opened every morning when I woke up. I don’t know if it’s an update gone wrong, but for the last month or so nothing works. No pictures or videos load at all. They’ll pop up like they are there, they even have the time stamp in the corner, but just a blank screen like they are loading, and that’s as far as it goes, they never load. Disappointed to say the least… There’s the memories app but it doesn’t have the same flair, but at least it works!

I usually really like this app, I look at it daily but lately nothing is loading, just keeps saying “tap to reload” and nothing happens and it doesn’t actually say anything is wrong. Hope it will eventually fix itself

Had a 4 year streak going and then something must have updated and switched my reminders to off and “poof”, the streak is gone. Wasted time and energy in something so simple

Now I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m well into 4 year streak and it is still counting up when I open the app and logging day by day. but it is not showing any memories from my camera rolls or my FB and I’m pretty sure for the last month or so for the last 13 years. I have done something on Facebook for a memory to pop up. Does it just stop loading memories after a while ??
