Terrible color scheme

The all white background is more difficult to read and is terribly annoying (and lousy, design wise). Please create a dark background profile with bolder fonts.

It pains me to write a negative review about an app I have loved so much. This app is fantastic in terms of its functionality. However, with a recent update, the user interface is so difficult to read and see that I want to get out of the app as soon as I can. Rather than having buttons and having those buttons be a different color than the surrounding area, everything's just white (except the equal sign). I wish that people would stop wrecking perfectly good apps to try to make them look "flat". The result is something that is not easy for the eye to process. Before this change, I would have rated the app 5-stars. I hope that they will modify it so that it is easier to read. I think just making the buttons a different color than the surrounding area would probably be sufficient.

I’ve used this app for years and find it indispensable for calculating flight times for logbook purposes. Version 2.0.2 contains some improvements, including a more useful means of accessing the three different types of calculators and their respective screens. (I do miss the old icon, though.) The new -- “flat” -- appearance is consistent with iOS 7 style, and is easy enough on the eye. The option to change color is good, though I like the B&W interface best. Well worth $1.99.

THIS APP IS WHAT EVERY FLIGHT CREW MEMBER SHOULD USE TO AVOID “SCREW" DESK ASSIGNMENTS WHEN YOU KNOW YOU’RE ILLEGAL TO FLY! I’ve been using this app since day one to track my Flight Time (FA with major airline). LOVE the new update!! flows very nice with iOS7 theme and is a breeze to use!! Thanks for this update!! Keep them coming!

Doesn't work for adding up clock time

All I wanted to be able to do is know quickly and easily, if it's 2:37pm, and I worn until 1:15am with two breaks of 25 minutes and 12 minutes, how much total time I worked. A clock calculator. This doesn't even do that. The interface is flat and clumsy. Waste of money. Even if it can do time editing for A/V. No support either despite all the apparent functionality, their support website is down.

I am a video editor and I have to add up video the times and this works perfectly. I agree with the other reviewer about the interface. The older one was easier to use.

Does time calculations and does them well

I really like this app. I don't need time calculations often, but when I do, I need the app to be easy to use, be accurate, and work well. This app hits all those points 5 stars.

Not sure about some of the bad reviews, the app has bigger contrast than iOS put together, so definitely not a usability issue. Does time calcs very well. Obviously it's a time calc not a date calc

Excellent calculator for hours/minutes/seconds

I use it every week to tally my work hours, no nonsense. They keep it up to date and make sure any features added along the way don't get in the way of its primary function - adding units of time quickly. (Dealing with clock time? Subtract your starting time from 12:00 first.)
