Great device! I recommend to everyone. Only draw back is o wish they would come up with something for when something is out of range.

Wasted 15 minute setting it up only to have the device think the sticky part is on my keys and the key ring part is my phone somehow. Why the hell would the key ring part ever go to my phone? Now all it does is let my phone help me to find my phone. Brilliant.

I bought tiles for all my family and put them on keys purses backpacks etc. Now there is less than a 50-50 chance that they will work even after I replace the batteries. Ex, my tile phone app will find the key ring tile but not vice-versa. What happened to this company?

I live the tiles and the app but wish the app would not ask me every time to share my phone location. Take no for an answer.

This tile program and devices are the worst. They are 10X more frustrating than just loosing the items. “TILE IS NEARBY...HOLD ON WHILE WE CONNECT.........15 minutes later still holding while they connect. About the only thing it is good for is letting me know it’s some where in the house which I knew already hence why I was looking for it to make a freaking sound!!!!!!! I’ll spend more time waking around and re-pressing the find item button again and again (because if you move it turns off and you have to ‘re-find’ it again). Worthless and I swear I am about 5 seconds from first running it over, then lighting it on fire, and finally leaving it at the bottom of the sea. It may serve better there as a fish finder.

Half the time they don’t want to connect. I can even have them next to each other and it fails. I have to disable all its access and then re enable it to get them to see each other again.
Privacy Permissions and Quality Control Issues

This would be a great app if it didn’t ask me to leave all the privacy permissions and Bluetooth on all the time. I can choose to just enable it when I’m happening to look for an item. Also (not app related) but I had 2 relatively new Tile Pros stop producing any sound. Very disappointing so I will consider the Apple Airtags when they come out.

Just found out that all my tile devices are not working. One of them is still brand new. And they’re asking for more money. Why?!!!! I was satisfied with my original devices. Will stay away from this brand
