A friend and I were trying to buy Garth Tix. I entered the queue first. She entered about 1 minute later. Yet somehow she bought tickets while I was still 2000+ in the queue. Don’t call it a queue if people are jumping in line

Every time I try to buy a ticket on this app it ask for email password etc. always wrong and have to reset everything than the tickets in my cart are no longer available ?

DON’T opt for ‘Mobile e-ticket’ option! You’ll get your ticket but WON’T get the bar code that is needed to get in to the show. Support is worthless! They’ll keep telling u where the bar code is but it isn’t there. This happened twice to me in the last month. At the box office a lady came up to the other window saying that she got the ticket but it had no bar code either. BUGGY software!!
All I wanted was tickets….

The app worked well enough for my order but seriously, why must I click though promotions for xm radio, hello fresh, and paramount to complete the process? All I wanted was tickets and Ticketmaster generated enough revenue from this transaction. It took me more time to click through all the promotions than it did to write this review.

I like Ticketmaster but when I tried to pay with Paypal, the website kept buffering.
Ticket price plus fees

It would be great to just show the total price and not tack fees on at the end. Very crappy in my opinion.
