to confusing
Keeping error u104 and I had to settle for worst tickets ever time I call they say phone support is not available and no one responds online

I don’t know if this is an experience that other people go through, but this has been going on for at least 7 months now. I have the Ticketmaster app on my phone. The only time I go into it is when I plan on buying tickets or just to check it out. Every time I click the app I am signed out. Right now I’ve been trying to sign in but it isn’t working. I tried on their website and it worked. I’m starting to get nervous that my account is compromised or something. Please fix this problem. I’m connected to wifi and I am typing in the right information.
