Event was cancelled, contacted them multiple times to only be told by an automated system that I couldn’t receive a refund even though it was within the 30 days. Apparently I bought someone else’s tickets, but the site did not mention anywhere that I was. Will never buy from them again.
TM puts old passwords ineffective from log in after IOS and or app upgrades

Ticketmaster puts current passwords out from log in. They horribly do this after every software and or app upgrade. And not from a current email instead assumes a prior email address used. Plus, no link nor page to Metallica tickets to purchase to their first Drive-In theater concert this Aug. 29. Just menu scroll to which drive-in location lead to App store Google Map app to download? What is this?! Won’t be able to buy those tickets now due to prior mentioned. Thanks a heap TM!!!! ?
Apple Pay gone and couldn’t edit credit card

In the past I could pay with Apple Pay in this app but that option wouldn’t appear anywhere now. Also, my saved credit card had expired and there was no way to change the date so it just kept giving me an error and I had to log in on the computer to change it. The entire checkout process took 45 minutes...
Need to be able to do more tickets in separate areas at a time

Once you change your password, it will require you to again change it when you try to login on desktop web version, and that will trigger having to change it again before using the app, etc.

It’s a pleasure working with Ticketmaster. One of the main reasons I appreciate Ticketmaster is that you can order your tickets in advance month prior to the scheduled events. Now on the other hand, I feel as though you shouldn’t have to get approved of the buy now pay later option. If you have a debit card, credit card or a checking account with the correct amount of funds in the account to cover the cost of the buy now pay later option then there shouldn’t be a problem. That is one thing I think should be reviewed by corporate because you can loose a lot of customers by limiting this option. Again Ticketmaster is a great option for purchasing tickets for concerts but they do have a few things they need to work on like the buy now pay later option.

@ticketmaster is the worst! Pre-COVID19 they changed my @justinbieber -Changes Tour tickets date & venue from a Saturday to a Sunday, I received an email notification offering a refund. Then COVID19 happened and they said they made a mistake and due to all the cancellations it’s up to the "Event Organizer" and "keep checking your account for refund status." I checked all the time for 6 months, so much so that I saw that the show was just rescheduled to Monday, June 28 2021!! AND GET THIS...my seats are AWFUL. @littlecaesarsarena Section M32, Row 3, Seat 9 & 10. I called yesterday and put in a formal request for refund that would take “5-7 business days”, magically I received a REJECTION email an hour later. Ticketmaster claims the “Event Organizer” allowed refunds until August 22nd which I never received an email or saw it posted in the Ticketmaster app. I spoke to the Tier 2 employee, they stated there is nothing they can do and it is “out of their hands”. Did they not take my money? “You can resell” – NEWSFLASH no one wants these GARBAGE TICKETS. Please do me a favor and blast them EVERYWHERE, rate them ZERO stars on the App Store, Google, and share to social media how awful this companies customer service is in the middle of a PANDEMIC.
