Tickets just went on sale at 10am and I was staring at the counter on the app. Right at 10 and another twenty times after I hit “get tickets” and it said no tickets available. Then I went to their website and bought tickets. If it’s a hot show, I’d advise against using the app. Also, I agree with that other guy the Ticketmaster app does totally blow, but that doesn’t make this one better.

Ticket purchase usually fails

Unsure why this app doesn't let you do the one thing you need it for: Buy a ticket. Fails every time even with an account and saved payment info.

App would not allow me to access any seats, tix, or anything. It just kept saying 0. Weak sauce.

I don’t think this company has the users best interests at heart. Default posting to Facebook should never be a thing. Also, kind of weird that PayPal isn’t accepted.
