The user interface is extremely efficient and interactive. I found a concert and checked out in 1 minute (but will probably take 30 seconds now that I've registered with an account). Great experience overall

It always fail with the message "This pass cannot be read because it isn't valid".

problems scanning at the door on wallet. and not only do they restrict you from reselling tickets, they make it impossible to even simply transfer tickets to your friends. i’ll avoid using their service again.
