The Best Storm/Relaxation App. Period

The storms are extremely detailed and panoramic. The immersion in nature is extremely realistic and relaxing. As an insomniac originally from the Pacific Northwest, this app is a godsend. My only request would be just ONE storm that either has more distant thunder or no thunder, even. I know that's at odds with the TITLE of the app, but sometimes the cracking thunder can be jarring as you're drifting off. Just a wish. But I can't recommend this enough!!!!

Amazing high quality sound sets the perfect ambience for sleeping... I've also started using the app while jogging outdoors to set a different mood... have tried a few different Rain/White noise apps... this one tops them all.

Best Thunder/Lightning App on the Market

The app is worth every penny. I purchased the rumble bundle with a past edition and it has seamlessly functioned with each update. I love the realistic lightning feature and all of the storms sound like I am actually there. The only issue I have run into with this app time and time again is that it does not integrate with the Apple alarms. And since it doesn't have an alarm included in the app, I have to be careful when I select to listen to it. But other than that, it is a flawless app! Keep up the great work Franz!

Now that the bundle issue has been fixed, o can give this app a full 5 star review. It has great sound and the bundle is a reasonable price for all that I get out of it.

After some challenges getting my previous purchase to restore I am happily using the app to its full potential. The different scenes are fantastic and the quality of the audio is really something. This app paired my 7.1 Bose Surround Sound really feels like I am in the middle of a storm

The app seems nice but be forewarned you only get two different sounds for free, the rest you have to buy. *Update* Don't get me wrong, the interface of this app is beautiful and the sound quality is great. And no, not everything has to be free, which is why I PAID for this app. So the developer response doesn't make a whole lot of sense here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having in-app purchases, however in this app they are $3.99 each and only two separate sounds come with the initial purchase. That is the kind of model you see with FREE apps. I am in no way saying all the tracks should be free, just more than TWO. All that being said, I still gave it three stars because I did like the layout and the sounds that were available. The warning I left in my original review is exactly the type of thing I look for when I look at reviews, what I said is fact and might be relevant information to someone looking at buying this app. I am changing my rating to one star now because I feel the developer's response was unnecessarily rude and snarky and I have seen it multiple times in response to other reviews with the same criticism as mine. This is obviously a sore point, but being nasty to people is unwarranted. There's nothing wrong with saying something like "I put a lot of time and work into this app and I charge what I believe is fair." Update 2: I appreciate the updated response. Not everything is for everyone and no one will agree on everything but this really is a well designed app. Keep up the good work and doing what you love.
