I have been playing this game for a year. I like it but the developers refuse accept responsibility for loss of purchases due to errors in the game. Today the game has been inaccessible for 3 hours on the PC but they still allow phone users to play. Now everything I built has been destroyed and they refuse to restore my PC account to its previous condition before the serve outage. I have seen this happen to many other people and I currently cannot recommend you spend money on this game. At some point through no fault of your own you will lose everything.

Still no way to log in with my username and password

I am very disappointed. More than seven months passed since my first review. I was promised that my request will be sent to the developers of this game, but seems that they don't care. It's still not possible to use my username and password (which I use to log in to this game on my PC). I don't want to link this game to the Facebook or Apple Game Center profiles. I achieved Level 25 on my PC and spent really big amount of money. I think, users like me deserve a little bit more attention... Just tell me, if it will be ever possible to log in to this iOS App with my username and password (without linking it to FB or Apple Game Center). If it's coming, then when can we expect this feature? If not, I would be forced to quit this game, because I really need to log in from my smartphone when I'm on the move. Thanks!

I’d like to know why the pack offers vary so much from player to player. Even at the same rate the packs differ. I see offers that I don’t get offered. It’s maddening.

I’m done spending here and not one more cent is going to plarium no more and I’m glad other players start to notice the price difference for other players.i will change my review when I’m giving a chance to select from the packs that others get other wise I’m done spending .

Since the update I am not able to get the update on my iPhone. I try to open and it states that I need to update. When I go to update it just says open. Please fix!
