awaiting game fix

Glitches within a game occur from time to time and are expected. The inability to log in during a multi kingdom event to maintain integrity of your investment and the response, or rather lack thereof, in the last 21+ hours is completely inexcusable. Taking more than 14 hours to even admit that the issues exists is unacceptable to us players as is no response since. I’ve been playing for over 2 years and Plarium’s lack of response to this current situation is tanking their already sinking reputation in that department. And before you tell me to contact customer support, that was already done......yesterday.

In order to compete in the game you will need to make purchases, which makes sense. The game was not developed as a charitable exercise. What is unacceptable is that Plarium doesn’t provide information about most of the game’s mechanics or features. It is as though the game is designed to make you waste what you purchase, and Plarium’s customer service provides no remedy for wasted items due to their ambiguous language, faulty game design, misleading instruction, or software glitches.

It’s a good game, just has its problems! Been playing for a year and half now know what I’m talking about. I spent loads of money and barely a bill power. People I’ve been playing with for this last yr and half haven’t spent money and in a year and half barely reaching 100k power. Spend to win(need) also gaming issues, used 1 carriage to move kd, now takes 87 to move back (100$) money trap ex. Also gameplay is getting boring now no real battles like game was meant for, people also drop out fast...

I probably play too much, but I’ve invested quite a few dollars into it. Even if you don’t spend a dime (you will) on packs, the game creators are pretty generous with gifts and bonuses. With a little commitment, you can advance pretty fast and become a formidable player within your kingdom. It doesn’t take long to learn the system and thankfully it’s not overly cluttered. Graphics are good and overall, the game runs smoothly. I’ve corresponded with Plarium and they’ve always responded well within a reasonable timeframe. I’m looking forward to seeing what new expansions they devise in future versions.

I was on my computer when I started the game. I signed into the game with my Facebook account. When I went to do the same with my phone it said it couldn’t find me. Love the game but will give 5 stars when this issue can be fixed

This is one of the best Games that I’ve ever played in my entire life. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes medieval stuff. Sorry about mid evil. I love this game so much, and the players are really nice to you sometimes. Again one of the best games I’ve ever played my entire life. Just amazing.
