How does this app have 4.2 stars? Those are all fake reviews! The app does not work at all when you open it. There is no content and no guide. Total utter junk. I will complain to apple directly to have this fake app pulled from the appstore!
Impossible and not user friendly

Terrible! After a day the whole inside disappeared and all we get is the blue drawing screen with the 3 options on bottom. Yes, my wifi IS on. Doesnt help. I paid good money for this dysfunctional app.

I am a customer who purchased the full-year subscription. It’s just about too much for me, but, considering that my kids would use this regularly made it worth it to me. Besides that, I keep thinking of the time while growing up—the “cheap” games on CD-ROM were $20 each. Setting this up is difficult. You may have seen in other reviews: downloading videos is a chore; the ad to upgrade your subscription keeps popping up; and just about after every book or activity downloaded immediately starts that book or activity. Well—I, too, have ran into these annoyances, but I continued on. After the trouble, it should be smooth sailing... so I thought. This app used to work on my iPhone, but now, it does nothing. Upon opening the app, the screen I see is light blue with the navigation bar and buttons at the bottom. None of the downloads appeared. Navigating through “Manage” under the settings button brought luck—but then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can’t download or see anything. Before reinstalling the app, the app’s response to touch was a hit-or-miss. I or my kids had to punch the phone with our finger before anything worked. After reinstalling the app, the sensitivity to touch had returned, but now I cannot see anything to download. I have tried “Restoring purchases” and it has not made a difference. My kids have been missing the interactive stories and bugging me to get it fixed, but I have had no luck. I admit, I didn’t get a lot of time to search through the support website—I will continue searching when I am able. I hope this review brings attention to the bugs present and help get a fix. :) When the app works, it’s a decent, educational app lead by the gang from Sodor. My kids keep returning to it and have fun with it while learning. *^*^Update^*^* A quick response and fix has remedied the issues. Now I can make a more just rating for this app. After the setting things back as they were, I haven’t had to tinker with this app. It’s a go-to for my kids and they enjoy the different activities featured here.
Not worth $49.99!

This app is poorly developed. It takes so long to download the stories and then by the time everything is loaded my 1.5 year old is no longer interested! It is definitely not worth $5.99 or $49.99 a year!

An appropriate app for the Thomas and Friends brand. It is very educational but not boring with its animation and good voice narration. Overall aesthetics of the app has the legit Thomas and friends vibe. Fan or not yet, you will like it.
Could be a wonderful app

This app looks like a perfect app for my little one. We purchased the app and now not one of the books will open. It's very strange and disappointing. Seems like it's not a legit app.
