This game was my favorite until it started with client errors "of course so they don't have to accept responsibility "it drops out during battle and even though I was winning it gives me the loss and strips medals away I have been playing over a year and just recently dissatisfied : ((
They have bugs and know it.

The most recent issue, I lost approximately $50.00 for an upgrade to the missile jammer, paid for upgrade, it didn't upgrade. This is a known bug according to the forum page. I have sent 4 emails to customer service, made 3 comments on forum. No mediator over seeing forum in last week, no response from customer service. If they don't acknowledge you, something just ain't right. Tell me it ain't so.

I like it, but it need to spend a lot of money to purchase development and progress with fight. I wish if you support us with battery cells so we can enjoy more and more.

I love this game but getting hexium is so hard I'm hq 10 and I only get about 2000 or 3000 hexium every raid and the upgrades for the traps and the upgrades for hexium cost way to much what would really make this game way better is to add some hexium collectors so people can get hexium while there away and so hexium can't be easier to get through raids

Sometimes when you attack, client errors happen. You loose a lot of points that you worked hard for. It takes a long time to get the points and you loose them in an instant. When stronger opponents attack you, you loose a lot of points. A lot!!! 24-32 stars are the points range I loose when I'm waiting to refresh my army and I'm attacked. When you attack, you may win 1 or 2 stars! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! You think they'd fix the imbalance. But don't and they haven't.

Used to be my favorite game, now with whatever changes where made the developers have made it nearly impossible to win. What used to be an easy attack is now nearly impossible due to modifications made that cause your army to be taken over, destroyed or lose much easier than before. Fast becoming my least favorite game

The new upgrade and the ridiculous amounts to upgrade things is making this game no fun. How do you upgrade faster when you can't boost your Mercury and Supplies to collect and the amount it takes to get something even with attacks is a waste. Like all the other games if you want to get anywhere you have to pay and even then your money doesn't go very far if you do. Drop the amounts needed in half as to almost triple them to upgrade your sentries is crap. Also the new company's customer support is the worst ever. Play at your own risk.

I have Clash of Clans and I love it, and this game is right up there with it as the best war strategy games out there. I absolutely love the full spectrum warfare, it is amazing! Only request is that walls cost less to upgrade. And it's about time you fix some bugs, jeez. Also what is up with the management of this game? It started with TapZen, then went to KABAM, now I have no clue who is running this game... Find someone who is willing to take over and stick with it, not just sell it on a year later.
