They have bugs and know it. – This Means WAR! Review

The most recent issue, I lost approximately $50.00 for an upgrade to the missile jammer, paid for upgrade, it didn't upgrade. This is a known bug according to the forum page. I have sent 4 emails to customer service, made 3 comments on forum. No mediator over seeing forum in last week, no response from customer service. If they don't acknowledge you, something just ain't right. Tell me it ain't so.
