Design could be better

wikimikipiki2

I like this app a lot overall, but I think that the design could be a lot better. The functionality is there, but it seems like for $9.99 you should get something that has a little more to the design than the default Apple list views and buttons.

Getting better by the upgrade

Photo Account

It's a great app that does very well. Works on any apple device and they do very nicely to upgrade it for all devices.

Good across all my devices

Romey65

Only issue you need to pay for all devices

Incredibly helpful

finleyz

This app has been helping me keep things straight for a few years now. I can't imagine not having it, I've become so attached. It works great, they update it often, and I highly recommend it.

Awesome

This is an awesome tool. The most difficult factor is the discipline it takes to use it consistently.

Great app but getting a bit long in the tooth

Reliable app that does the basics very well. However, development is extremely slow and there are many competitors with more innovation.

Waiver Warning

sjrdragon

This may be my best task app and UI to date; I have several competitive apps including Omni. My biggest concern is the "Terms and Conditions". Recently, I negotiated a multi million dollar contract; so that terms and conditions are important parameters for value. This apps terms and condition appear to be a Intellectual Property waiver. This is a major and unreasonable concession where other apps offer similar functionality without the unreasonable concession.. Also, I would recommend other apps with user determined cloud options (ex., iCloud, Dropbox, SecureSafe). The proprietary Cloud that waivers Intellectual Rights is all bad!! Recommend not to buy!

Awesome Best To Do List Manager

likerbot

This app saves my scatter brain. Synchs w iPhone and Mac and even Siri. I don't know what I would do without this app. I love it so much.

The "Swiss Army Knife" app

SilverFlute3

I use this versatile app almost daily on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. It's seamless!

Fantastic.

This app is fantastic. I am a todo app connoisseur, and I've tried tens of them. Things stands apart as one of the most polished, pretty, reliable, and well-thought-out app I've tried. Everything is great, but what makes it stand out for me are two aspects in particular: (1) handling of due dates; and (2) handling of repeating tasks. (1) Most todo apps default to assigning tasks as "due." This does not always make sense conceptually because not everything actually has a deadline. Sure, that paper for school must be done by Monday, but taking out the trash should be done by Monday, it doesn't have to be. This disctinction is important when prioritizing tasks because it allows you to focus on the stuff that you actually have a deadline for. Things embraces this methodology and actually defaults to no due date, allowing you to set due dates for only the tasks that have them. (2) When dealing with repeating tasks, most todo apps create the new version only after the current one is complete. The downside to this is that if you alter or defer the current one, those changes will perpetuate forever. Things handles repeating tasks totally differently. There is one master task from which copies are made. The copy for the current task can be modified, deleted, deferred, and it doesn't matter because you aren't changing the master copy; those changes are not perpetuated. Everything else is amazing also, including the Watch app, which might be the fastest I've used on watchOS 2.
