Nice execution. While the existing categories are good... the ability to fine-tune them to precisely my needs would be great!

This app is unusable for those of us who use VoiceOver to read the screen. The simple addition of meaningful text labels on all elements would go a long way toward making this app accessible. Testing it with VO with the screen curtain turned on, would allow you to ensure full VO access.

Love it! Hopefully over time more categories will be added - then an easy 5 stars.

Nine prenamed categories is not enough. At least being able to edit the names of the categories would be helpful. Allowing users to add extra categories would be great. And there's no way to edit an entry once you've saved it except for deleting it and starting over. This app is useful, but too limited in its current form.

There is literally no category for homework or work or things to do. The heck?! That's the only thing I would use this app for anyways, keeping track of things I need to do, not what movies I want to watch.

A great concept that's missing some opportunities... This app seems to want to compromise between the simplicity of the native Notes app and something more robust like Evernote. To truly stand out, it needs more functionality. For instance, the location categories could leverage GPS capabilities or connect with Yelp or similar services. The People category could connect with contacts, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Plus, the interface needs an entire iOS 7 refresh. And to top it off, there's no ability to edit or create new categories -- what's that all about?

I love this app because it easily keeps ideas in one spot for me. "It's a thing" is a phrase I use often. I use this app to differentiate ideas I want to try vs. my reminders/ everyday tasks. I used to keep all of these things in the same app (Notes), but would get easily distracted. With Thinglist, whenever I have time to start something new I can cut right through the clutter and get to the ideas I want to try/do. It's a thing. Rated 4 stars because there needs to be more categories for items. Either make customizable ones or at least expand the current selection.

Fantastic app! I'm tired of losing my ideas in the notes app. The only thing missing is a backup way: ideally iCloud.

Great look and would actually work well if you could make custom categories. Until then, it's kinda useless.

Love the idea of this app. Although I would love to have more categories, fewer also makes it simpler. It'd be fantastic if it's optimized with iOS 7.
