for this style of game, I assume it's pretty good... as a casual gamer who played a few of the classics, I enjoyed it for a awhile... but the dialogue branching and puzzles quickly became kind of tedious... I would not buy it again...

Worth every penny. Has all the classic jokes and tropes of an old school adventure game. Lots of great 80s references. The voice acting is hilarious too. I didn’t want it to end! It was nice and long though and full of plot, puzzle, science, goofiness, and meta-break-fourth-wellness. I just got so attached...even to ransome who is a total tool. Buy. It.

Nice throwback game

I absolutely loved the King’s Quest series as a kid, so was excited to play Thimbleweed. I enjoyed the game very much, especially the well developed characters and silly humor. I do think there are flaws in the story (Why are these characters working together?) and annoying gameplay elements (Why can’t they all eventually have maps?) but overall the puzzles are challenging and I was motivated to keep playing as often as possible over the three days it took to get to the ending. Thanks, developers, for this game. I sincerely hope you make more games like this for point and click adventure fans like me.

I just started this game today and I really enjoy it. I was always a fan of the maniac mansion game from back in the 90’s, and this game is similar to that. They were originally partnered with George Lucus (the creator of Star Wars) gaming company. That’s where the name of the gaming company in this game comes from. Really entertaining game overall

I spent twenty hours playing the game in hard mode. Every second was entertaining and interesting. Once you start you won’t stop from trying to solve all the puzzles

At first, I didn’t like the game and found it hard to figure out. But with help from the developers and some suggestions, it was much more enjoyable to play. Graphics and humor are great. Takes a while to get the hang of it but glad I persisted!

Very hard to follow. The controls could be set up in a way SO much easier too Update: i am actually loving the game now. One thing is, i wish there were subtitles in case we weren’t in a place where sound could be played. I completely change my prospective on this, although it gets slightly challenging along the way, so does any game. Well done
