My son loves this game but hasn’t been able to play it in a while due to incompatibility with iOS 11. Will there be a new update an if so when can we expect one?

I love the game but since I installed iOS 8 it doesn't work, I finish level 1 and then I can't keep playing
No saving, keeps crashing

After I'm done with the level the app crashes/causes a black screen. Tried reinstalling and nothing seems to solve this.

This app is cool and all but, it makes me angry because I just recently got this and .. whenever I finish level 1 the screen just goes black and stays there. :P I can't do anything BUT level one and I'd have to close the app or just press the home button to play it again.
