I have been a loyal user of the desktop versions for almost ten years and am excited to have my iPhone offer another method to capture my ideas. However, the app crashes, hangs, and freezes constantly, making it useless.

Seamless Navigation

This app allows me to navigate and update my 2k+ thought brain from my phone without lag or crashes! Often when I'm walking I have ideas I want to add to the appropriate section of my brain. I can't believe how quickly search and navigation works so long as I have good LTE signal. I did have to look at the YouTube tutorial to learn how to make parent thoughts and jumps, but other than that everything was super intuitive for me. Really nice app. Don't understand the negative feedback unless they're working with older phones.

Needs a fix

Have been using this on desktop and works nice, sadly iPhone version is very buggy. I've had to close and reopen once every 30 seconds.

This app does not function unless you store all your content on the servers of its creators. This is simply unacceptable.

I am a registered user of brain cloud services and this app is simply horrid. I can't get by the initial screen because it try's to login with an old password, fails, and locks up.

Could be great, but freezes constantly

Love the brain software, but the app freezes almost every time I try to copy something to the brain to use as an attachment. Fixing that glitch would be a huge improvement and likely result in four or five stars. Also would be nice to send things to the brain with out having to open in each time. For instance, it would be great to copy things to the brain and have them all waiting there as attachments the next time I open the app or logon on my computer. As is, it opens the brain each time, which results in it freezing up (see above).

I love the way the app works and the features it has. I wanted to mention there's a bug where the edit button doesn't do anything but I noticed when I press it and go to notes, you can see that menu behind the screen as it transitions by flipping to notes. I also wish it were a little less sluggish but that just comes with fixing up the software. I really like the fluidity of it once you learn how to use it and I plan to use it more. Great app.

I recently revisited The Brain as I had used it and liked it years ago. I am sad to see the poor ratings it's getting and that it hasn't been updated in almost 2 yrs. I certainly don't want to put time & energy into a dead app. I'll revisit it to see if it gets revived. It would be a great app, if executed properly, for the iPad.

Update the darn app already!
